1. Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to the ISP Initiative (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://isp-initiative.com/ (the “Site”), and the services we offer, including the application process for our clinical preceptorship program.

The Site is intended to provide information about our clinical preceptorship program and to facilitate the application process for interested foreign medical and nurse practitioner students. 3. The Preceptorship Program
a. Application Process: To be considered for the ISP Initiative program, you must complete and submit the application form available on our Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate rejection of your application or dismissal from the program.
b. Acceptance is Not Guaranteed: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.
c. Program Fees and Payment: Program fees are listed on our Site. All payments must be made through our designated third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
d. Refund Policy: All application and program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. If you are accepted into the program and are unable to attend, you must notify us in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the ISP Initiative or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our express prior written consent.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
- Submit any false, misleading, or inaccurate personal or application information.
- Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including transmitting any virus or malicious code.
- Harvest or collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.

a. No Guarantees: The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a valuable educational experience, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participation in our program, including but not limited to successful placement in U.S. residency programs or future employment.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ISP Initiative, including its directors, employees, and affiliates (such as Dr. Augustus Hill and Accessible Medical Care, LLC), shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (iii) your participation in the preceptorship program.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the ISP Initiative, such as our payment processor. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content or services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and to reject or terminate your participation in our program, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
