Program Fees & Application

An Investment in Your Medical Career

We are committed to providing a premier clinical rotation experience at a transparent and accessible price point. We view this program not as a transaction, but as a crucial investment in your professional future. The fee covers an intensive, personalized mentorship experience that provides the skills, hands-on training, and authoritative letter of recommendation needed to strengthen your U.S. residency application and prepare you for a successful medical career in the United States.

Program Fee Structure

Our fee structure is simple and based on the number of clinical hours required by your home institution. Both program tiers include the full scope of our educational curriculum, direct mentorship from Dr. Hill, hands-on procedural experience, formal communication with your medical school, and a comprehensive letter of recommendation upon successful completion.

The Application & Payment Process

Our application process is designed to be straightforward and to ensure that accepted candidates are well-prepared and a good fit for our intensive, hands-on program.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Your journey begins by completing the application inquiry form on our Contact page. This form allows us to gather basic information about your educational background, your country of origin, your desired rotation timeline, and your specific learning objectives.

Step 2: Document Submission

After we review your initial inquiry, candidates who meet the preliminary criteria will be invited to submit supporting documents. This step is critical for our formal review. Required documents typically include your Curriculum Vitae (CV), an official transcript from your medical school, a letter of good standing from your Dean’s office, and proof of English language proficiency (if applicable).

Step 3: Acceptance & Formal Invitation

Once your complete application has been thoroughly reviewed and approved, you will receive a formal letter of acceptance. This official invitation letter will detail your rotation dates and confirm the unpaid, educational nature of the clerkship. This document is essential for your subsequent U.S. visa application.

Step 4: Secure Your Place

To confirm your participation and secure your rotation spot, a deposit will be required upon acceptance. The final balance of the program fee is due prior to your scheduled start date. For your convenience and security, all payments are processed online via Stripe.
