"My surgical rotation at Metro Surgical Center under the guidance of Dr. Hill was both professionally enriching and personally memorable. I had the opportunity to engage in hands-on participation in surgical procedures and was actively involved in the preoperative and postoperative management of patients. Through this experience, I became familiar with the U.S. healthcare system, including EMR systems and insurance processes, gaining practical insights that extended beyond clinical care. Dr. Hill fostered an environment that encouraged learning and active involvement, allowing me to develop both my medical competencies and cross-cultural understanding. This rotation was among the most impactful experiences of my medical training, and the skills and knowledge I acquired continue to benefit me today. I highly recommend this program to any medical student seeking comprehensive surgical exposure in a supportive and high-quality clinical setting."
